I want to thank you for all the assistance you gave me when we were furnishing our office. Our seventy year old Municipal Building underwent a total renovation and I had a budget for new furnishing for our front office. We were so pleased to be able to purchase extras yet stay within our budget. The time, attention and information you gave us when we first visited your company was greatly appreciated. Your cooperation in changing dates for delivery and set up of our furniture were greatly appreciated since we had no control over the time needed by the contractors. Our front office looks beautiful and all of our customers remark on how nice our furniture looks in the newly renovated office.
When it was time to furnish the new space that our Board Room is now located in, without hesitation we again looked to you and Desk Set for our furnishings. "I am writing to let you know what a great experience we had in the purchase of our Deskset furniture. We stopped to have a look at desks for my husband’s office...hoping to find a gently used “reception style” set up. Ashley Bieger was working with us that day and showed us how we could get something brand new, in the style we wanted, at a very affordable price. This time around, we built a new building in our corporate office park with space that we relocated into. We had quite a few items that we needed in order to furnish our new office.
One of the things that I liked about Deskset was that they were able to visit our current space and take a look at the furniture we already owned to see if any of it could be refurbished for use in our new space. They were able to pick up many of our filing cabinets and chairs and breath new life into them with a coat of paint or new fabric that worked within the design scheme. Thank you for the making a tenuous situation seamless and painless! My company found ourselves in one of those fast growing stages and needed to expand in a hurry. "Moving your company can be very emotional for your employees and lead to unexpected headaches and costs. Three things when you move, down time for your company, costs related, and stress on your team. I also had 16,000 sq. ft. and was moving into 11,000 sq ft.. I needed major help. I chose the Desk Set, they do it all. My goal was to make this as seamless to our employees and a positive move for all. One of the first things they did was take an inventory of all our furniture, right down to small end tables and cabinets. The design team started to work on placements and how we could use close to 100% of our furniture in the process to save money. "I’ve been purchasing office solutions from the Desk Set for over 20 years.
My own work area was purchased from them. It’s U-shaped and was designed with three different work surface depths specifically for my needs. It has a mahogany veneer finish and I get lots of compliments on it. Most people think it cost over $ 5,000 when it was less than $ 2,000.
We replaced all (over 100) of our task chairs a few years back. It was too expensive to do all at the same time so the Desk Set agreed to stock several of them for us and we purchased 4 or 5 a month. Just one phone call and the chairs arrived a few days later.
As an architectural and engineering firm, we produce a lot of documents. The Desk Set came in and customized two of our print rooms with chest high work surfaces with storage cabinets below.
